Our multidisciplinary mental health practice provides forensic and comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals who are experiencing emotional concerns, the effects of trauma, stress, and other psychological concerns. We offer evaluations, psychotherapy, and medication management by our team of psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists.
Our Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio offices offer:
- Individual and Group Psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, and other mental health conditions as well as guidance navigating life’s challenges, stressors, and transitions. We accept most major insurance providers, Bureau of Workers Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay.
- Comprehensive forensic evaluations including psychological, vocational, and pre-surgical evaluations. Our psychologists conduct Bureau of Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability Evaluations.
- Medication management by a team of experienced psychiatrists for individuals who engage in psychotherapy in our offices.
About Michael T. Farrell, Ph.D.
Dr. Farrell graduated from Thomas Moore College in 1976, then went on to earn his master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1979 and ultimately his Doctorate of Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology in 1983. He merged his vocational interests of law, business, physical health and psychology to form Michael T. Farrell Ph.D. & Associates in 1986. He enjoyed working closely with patients to provide comprehensive evaluations, assessments and treatment. Over the years he has enjoyed activities such as white-water rafting, parasailing and skydiving. He and his wife of 47 years spend time maintaining their property where their three children and their families gather to fish, swim and play. He remains active in his community, church, and overseeing the transition to the next generation of mental health specialists within our offices.
